Frequently Asked Questions

Billing

When will I be billed?
You will be billed for your first box with your initial purchase. Subsequent shipments will fall on our regular billing and shipping cycles. You will be automatically rebilled on the 1st of every month.
Automatic Renewal
You will be automatically rebilled until you cancel your subscription. If you subscribed to the 1 month plan you will be rebilled on the 1st of every month and if you subscribed to the 3 month plan you will be rebilled after the 3rd month.

Shipping

What is the cost of shipping?
You will be charged $4.00 for cost of shipping within the United States.
When will I receive my shipment?
The cut-off date to subscribe to the current month’s box changes every month; it usually falls on the 19th, 20th or the 21st of the month. Based on the cut-off date, we will start packaging and sending them out a couple days after the cut-off so please expect to receive your box around that time.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship in the United States. We are working on opening subscriptions up internationally very soon.

Products

What will I receive in my bag?
You will receive 8-10 korean skincare face masks in each box. The masks range from sheet masks, wash off masks, hand masks, feet masks, and eye masks.
What if I have an allergic reaction to one of your masks?
We apologize beforehand if any products cause allergic reactions. However, Piibu is not liable for any allergic reactions that customers may develop and cannot offer replacement products.

Refunds & Cancellations

Can I receive a refund on a box I already ordered?
Unfortunately, we do not refund on a box that has already been ordered.
I would like to cancel my subscription
We do not give back refunds however you can cancel your subscription by emailing us. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. Email us to cancel your subscription at help@piibu.com
